I ran across these while shopping for Christmas presents 2013.

I bought one....and loved it..

Bought a couple more and gave them to a foreign student who travels daily to the university by bicycle.  [Rain, snow, wind or warm weather.]  He loved it...

Gave one to the mailman... HE ABSOLUTELY loved it...

So I went back a bought 100.  Then 200.

For some reason they are not readily available in the USA...

So decided to sell to make them available.
